f999 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the specific meanings described below:

f999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee that all features of the platform will be accessible to you — access to specific products or betting markets may be subject to additional verification steps.

Your f999 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• One account per person: Holding more than one f999 account — whether under your own name or under another identity — is a serious violation. If detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be permanently closed and any balance may be voided.

• Identity verification: f999 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be subject to an inactivity administration fee. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied.

All financial transactions on f999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the f999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Bet acceptance: All PSL bets at f999 are subject to acceptance at the displayed odds at the time of placement. f999 reserves the right to refuse any bet without giving a reason.
• Abandoned matches: If a PSL match is abandoned before a result can be officially determined, all pre-match bets on the affected game are voided and stakes are returned. In-play bets that have already been settled during the match remain valid.
• DLS results: Matches settled via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method are treated as official results for betting purposes. Bets are settled according to the DLS outcome.
• Odds changes: Pre-match odds are locked at the time of bet placement. Live in-play odds are accepted at the current price displayed at the time the bet confirmation is processed by f999's system.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout from PSL betting at f999 is Rs 5,00,000 per bet. Accumulator payouts are capped at Rs 10,00,000 per bet slip.
• Errors in odds: In the event that a PSL market is offered at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, f999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on f999 and will result in account suspension, permanent banning, and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Registering more than one account on f999 under any name or identity.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or conducting unauthorised transactions to deposit funds into your f999 account.
• Colluding with other players during real-money games, tournaments, or Ludo matches to manipulate outcomes or unfairly divide winnings.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in f999's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a system error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with f999's games or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse, recall, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by f999 through your bank or payment provider (commonly known as "chargeback fraud").
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, including providing another person's identity documents.
• Attempting to launder money or use f999 for any financial activity connected to criminal conduct.
• Creating or using an account on behalf of another person, including a minor.

f999 monitors all accounts for suspicious activity using automated and manual review processes. When a violation is detected, f999 may freeze the account, request documentation, suspend withdrawals, and ultimately close the account permanently depending on the severity of the violation.

Players may close their f999 account at any time by contacting support.
